The project includes the concept of three businesses in the F&B, the 3 entities are complete to form a concept store Zakaria.

The construction of these three entities are:

– Restaurant (semi gastro*)

– Cocktail Lounge & Snack

– Catering

Around these 3 entities, there are additional living spaces, a 125-seat terrace, a 50-seat VIP room, a Lemon Garden and a Drive-In.

The project is composed of various levels to allow various atmospheres, all protected by wooden pergolas with panels and sliding canvases to privatize the trays.
